Yoga in the Garden

Date:
May 23, 2012

Set your shovels down and join us for an hour long yoga session with Tegan to help restore flexibility, create strength, and honor our connection with nature. Gardening brings us closer to the earth and the food that we eat, but it can take a toll if we aren't tending to our bodies with equal care.

Where: The Tomato Garden (800 South 600 East)

When: Wednesdays in June, July and August from 6:30-7:30pm (excluding July 4th)

Details: Please bring your yoga mat if you have one (we do have a limited quantity available to borrow). This class will be suitable for all levels - no prior yoga experience necessary! Make sure to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing - we will be practicing outdoors.

Tegan has been practicing Hatha and Ashtanga yoga for the past five years and is currently enrolled in a teacher training program at Centerd City Yoga. She is thrilled to be able to share her passion for both yoga and gardening with the Wasatch Gardens Community.
