Growing Greens

Please fill out the following information to begin the field trip reservation process.

Join Wasatch Community Gardens and local wildcrafter Danny Potts, for a lesson on how to identify edible leafy and pot greens. We will talk about what to look for, how to identify edible plants, and what should be in season now. Then we will do some exploring in the great outdoors, and hopefully find some tasty treats!
Meeting location is yet to be determined, and will be sent out to registered participants. Date and location are subject to change, based on weather and foraging conditions.
Space is very limited! Pre-Registration Required.

With a generous grant from The Horner Foundation, we have added the Growing Greens Field Trip Program as another component of our award-winning Youth Gardening Program.

So, you have planned your garden, tilled your soil, planted your heirloom vegetables, built your trellises, laid-out your drip line, but now what? Whether you are a first time gardener, or an experienced grower we can help you reap the most of your garden harvest.

Applications will be available in March 2012. Check back soon!
