This workshop is part of a series of 4 seasonal cooking workshops hosted by Wasatch Community Gardens, Slow Food Utah, and Harmons City Creek that will take place throughout 2013.

Local cook Brooke Cordray will teach you how to take the bounty from your garden and create healthy, delicious, seasonal meals that the whole family can enjoy.

We will talk about what is in season now, how to prepare it, and will cover recipes that have flexibility so you can substitute other seasonal ingredients throughout the year. If you have been trying to eat more locally or seasonally at home, but don't know where to begin these workshops will get you off to the right start.
At the end of the workshop we will enjoy the meal we have prepared together.
Thanks to our community partners!
