Best of the Last: We save the last class for the best of the fall harvest, creating lovely giftable jars to share with friends over the holidays, or bring some zing to your spring. Onions, green tomatoes, beans, and more will stuff our jars using a water bath canner.

The Best of the Last workshop is part of our Summer in a Jar series of canning events.
