Entering 2nd-3rd Grades
Join us for an exciting week of gardening and food discoveries! Campers will spend their mornings at Wasatch Community Gardens, learning about organic gardening, tasting garden fresh produce, creating garden art while spending time with the chickens. Afternoons will be spent at the Natural History Museum of Utah where we’ll investigate proper food handling techniques, take blind taste tests, and learn about local food traditions while going on local field trips.
Drop campers off at Wasatch Community Gardens by 8:30am and pick them up at NHMU by 4:30pm
Urban Locavore
Entering 4th-5th Grades
Join us for an exciting week of gardening and food discoveries! Campers will spend their mornings at the Natural History Museum of Utah where we’ll investigate proper food handling techniques, take blind taste tests, and learn about local food traditions during local field trips. Afternoons will be held at Wasatch Community Gardens, where we'll learn about organic gardening, taste garden fresh produce, and create garden art.

$245 + $30 transportation fee (NHMU members receive a discount)
