This class is part of our Growing Community Gardens series. Students who bundle this series and attend all six sessions are eligible to join our Garden Leadership Network, with access to ongoing resources for qualifying community gardens. To register for the entire series, click here.

This final session focuses on gardening with refugees, including what it means to be a refugee, the current landscape of refugee resettlement in Utah, tips for working with recently arrived refugees in community gardens, and resources available through the International Rescue Committee of Utah’s program for refugee gardeners, New Roots.
