2019 Growing Great Tomatoes

Registration is closed for this event

Calling all tomato lovers, newbie growers and seasoned gardeners alike!  This fun-filled class is designed to help you increase the productivity and health of your tomato plants.  We'll learn about the best organic practices for growing healthy, robust tomato plants, including tips on soil prep, planting, trellising/caging, fertilizing, and watering.  This presentation is an expanded version of the cultivation portion of "All About Tomatoes," which we have offered in previous years.  We will also review many of the common tomato problems, pest and diseases encountered in our area.

NOTE: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 24 hours of the class.  If you wish to apply for a reduced-tuition scholarship for this workshop, please email Marybeth at marybeth@wasatchgardens.org to request a scholarship application.
