2019 Budget Container Gardening

Registration is closed for this event

If you're eager to fill your patio, balcony or yard with containers to grow some luscious and healthy veggies, but you shudder at the thought of paying full-price for fancy pots and planter boxes, come to this workshop for ideas on how and where to source inexpensive containers that are well-suited for growing vegetables.  We'll talk about the basics of container gardening (including potting mix and fertilizer options) and how to choose the right plant for the right container.  Free seed packet for everyone who brings a cool container gardening idea to share with the group!
