Hayley develops curriculum for, and teaches, weekly Youth Garden Club classes. She is also in charge of planting and maintaining the youth gardens where classes take place. Hayley has spent the last few years pursuing and expanding her agricultural knowledge as a small scale urban farmer and market vendor in Ogden, Utah, where she converted underutilized land into gardens and provided fresh, local food to community members. She loves sharing her excitement about growing food with kids. In her spare time she enjoys adventuring in pursuit of big rocks, trying to climb them, cycling, or skiing. Though she’s yet to master the art of doing all three at once...
