2024 Seasonal Cooking: Squash in Three Courses

Come celebrate the fall harvest with a hands-on cooking class taught by local chef, Wendy Juarez.  We will highlight the squash harvest by cooking three courses packed with flavor: a squash blossom soup, a spaghetti squash mole entree, and a (delicata or acorn or kabocha) squash dessert. Don’t let those squashes, including pumpkins, go to the compost pile and add new dishes to your home cooking repertoire.
