Summer Garden Crew - Volunteer Opportunity

Come and help maintain the garden at Riley Elementary!  We will be working in the butterfly garden and in the school garden, weeding the beds, filling the butterfly garden with annual plants, and keeping everything trim.  Keeping annual and perennial flowers looking nice requires that we 'dead head' or cut off the blooming flowers - so bring a vase if you'd like to put together your own bouquet to take home!

Garden crews are scheduled for 6-8PM but might finish early if we get all of our work done.  WCG will provide garden tools, light snacks, water, and gloves but you should bring any speciality items you may need or want (such as a reusable water bottle).  Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
