Just because it's the dead of winter doesn't mean you can't get your hands in some soil and grow some luscious greens!  How about learning to grow them right by your kitchen sink?

On Saturday, February 8th, come let the expert staff from Mountain Valley Seed, aka True Leaf Market, teach you the techniques for growing sprouts and microgreens.  Learn the difference between the two different types of nutrient powerhouses and taste samples of each.  Sprouts are super easy and are great tossed in smoothies, sandwiches or salads.  Microgreens are a great way to create nutritious salads and healthy garnishes in just 10-14 days.  You can eat fresh, nutrient-rich baby greens at home year-round with the techniques taught in this workshop.
