2022 On Demand PoPS Webinar: What's Next for your Seedlings - The Inside Scoop with Marybeth

We are excited to offer this special webinar exclusively to our Pals of the Plant Sale (PoPS!)  This on demand webinar is a recording of a live webinar that took place for our PoPS on April 28. 2022.  The date/time of May 6 at 6pm is just a place holder required by our system.  Once you register, you will receive the link to the recording so that you can watch the recording at your leisure.

PoPS are our most enthusiastic shoppers at WCG's Spring Plant Sale - those who spent $150 or more at the Spring Plant Sale in 2021 - and donors who have made a one-time gift of $100 or more since March 22, 2021 or make a current "perennial" monthly gift of $10. In addition to an opportunity to shop before the general public, we invite you to participate in special programming to help you make the most of the Spring Plant Sale and how-to resources.  

The idea of this special programming is to provide you with timely tools and information, and to create a community of like-minded gardeners with whom to share insights and experience. We hope to ensure your success with growing food and for it to be a joyful experience to boot.  Specifically, you're invited to attend two PoPS-only live webinars (with on-demand recordings available 48 hours after each live event).  

The second in a two-part series, "What's Next for Your Seedlings? The Inside Scoop with Marybeth" is offered at this time as an on-demand recording, with tips, tricks and a Q&A session to ensure you are prepped and ready to go when you shop at this year’s Spring Plant Sale. 

In this webinar, Marybeth will explain in detail how to care for your seedlings once you get them home from the Spring Plant Sale.  You will learn when and how to plant your seedlings, particularly tomatoes and peppers, and be given insider tips for what other garden tasks you can be doing during late April and early May to optimize your chances for success this season.  Toward the end of the presentation, Marybeth will share her best advice for planting squash, cucumbers, potatoes, and onions that many of you will also be purchasing at the Spring Plant Sale.  She will also reveal our new 2022 WCG t-shirt design!
