Lindsey Smith

Lindsey has served as Wasatch Community Gardens' Grants Director since 2018. She was originally hired in 2010 as the organization’s first Director of Development. In her current role, she oversees WCG’s foundation, corporate, and government grant activities. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Women’s Studies from Bowdoin College in Maine. She has over 25 years of nonprofit fundraising experience and has worked as a staff member and board member with a variety of local, national, and international nonprofits. A native Utahn, Lindsey spends most of her free time outside, either working in her garden or hiking in the foothills or in southern Utah with her family.
