Maddie Judge

Maddie moved into the Director of Programs role in 2022 where her primary role is to support cross-collaboration, ensure mission-driven programming, and facilitate strategic growth. Previously, she served as an AmeriCorps Youth Educator, Youth Education Manager, and Youth & School Garden Program Director at WCG. Maddie has a degree in Environmental Studies & Sustainability and Professional Writing from Michigan State University, where she also gained a love for growing sustainably and building a sense of belonging around food. Working on farms around Michigan and Maine before moving to Utah gave her a unique insight into food systems that are rooted in shared values and serve as assets to their communities. In her free time, Maddie enjoys feeding friends and family, going on dog playdates, and exploring Utah's landscapes.
