Maddie Mariluch

 Maddie M. (she/her) is Wasatch Community Gardens' Campus Site Manager,  overseeing and maintaining the teaching gardens at Wasatch Community Gardens' Campus. She began working for WCG in 2020 to increase her skills and knowledge as a gardener, and she found she couldn't get enough. She previously worked as the Community Education Americorps and the Campus Garden Coordinator. Maddie M. has a degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from the University of Utah, but truly discovered her passion for sustainable agriculture, education, empowerment, and food equity during her study abroad in Peru. She believes a key to a sustainable future is increasing local organic food production and now dedicates herself to that mission. In her free time, you will find Maddie M. cooking, rollerblading, snowshoeing, or cuddling up with her two dogs Cinnamon and Truffle.
