Sara Lowe

Sara Lowe was born and raised in Salt Lake City and has cultivated a lifelong love of art and nature. Earning a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Oklahoma, she initially delved into ceramics, printmaking, and painting. After completing her degree, she channeled her artistic skills into the field of graphic design, gaining marketing experience in both in-house and agency settings. Sara has since expanded her skills to include video editing and animation. Beyond the world of media and design, Sara has always loved gardening. In 2022, she apprenticed with Foodscaping Utah, an Ogden-based non-profit. Her experience there deepened her interest in gardening education and community building. Sara is thrilled to join the team at Wasatch Community Gardens, combining her love of gardening and design to help further Wasatch Community Gardens' mission. In her free time, you can find Sara in her garden, on a hiking trail, or at the skatepark.
