2025 Berries and Brambles (Additional Session)

The original class on the morning of Saturday March 1 from 10am-12pm is now full and has a waitlist. Due to this high demand, we are offering an additional session of this class on the date listed above.

Have you considered growing your own berries but aren’t sure where to start? This workshop will introduce gardeners to sourcing and growing everything from strawberries to serviceberries. We will explore different varieties suited to our region and discuss site selection, trellising, thinning, pruning, and care throughout the year. Participants will even have the opportunity to take home divisions from some of the strawberries and raspberries we grow in our Campus Teaching Gardens. Join us this spring to reap the gems of summer!
