2017 Liquid Fertilization & Foliar Feeding

Registration is closed for this event

Let's get all fishy together and learn about why fertilizing with organic liquid fertilizers like fish emulsion, kelp, worm tea and compost tea can be so effective in boosting productivity and safeguarding the health of your precious vegetable plants.  We'll be mixing up some brews and applying them throughout the Grateful Tomato Garden demo beds and Youth Program beds while we discuss their benefits to the plants AND to the soil they're growing in!

Amber Alvey, WCG's AmeriCorps VISTA who’s been assisting our GREEN TEAM Farm Manager and Foliar Feeding Aficionado, James Loomis, this year, will be on hand to provide all the latest and greatest GREEN TEAM tips for fertilizing your veggie garden with these magic brews.
