Ashley Peck is a partner and environmental attorney who focuses her practice primarily on water quality, waste and contaminated land issues. She handles regulatory compliance and litigation matters for public and private clients and also works on public policy and legislative issues concerning water quality along the Wasatch Front and in Utah generally. Ashley was a longtime board member of Women Lawyers of Utah and served as Board President from 2020-21.
Ashley is an avid gardener and has been a strong supporter of Wasatch Community Gardens since first attending the original Tour de Coops in 2011 when she moved back to Utah from Washington State. In her spare time, she and her family grow oodles of veggies, fruit and wine grapes, and also keep a flock of hens, on their city lot. Ashley loves how WCG’s programs effectively build community amongst people from all walks of life.
